What is ready-made? +
A finished product direction with its own subject, artwork and available options. Choose the product and variant that fit, then personalize it when the listing calls for your own names, places, dates or message.
How do I place a personalized order? +
Start from an available product, provide the requested personalization and continue to secure payment. No order is placed and no artwork is generated until payment is confirmed. After payment, the paid order is created and artwork generation begins.
How does artwork review work? +
After payment, each artwork version has its own private, watermarked preview. You can approve the current version or request supported changes. A change request creates a new version so approval cannot be mixed across revisions.
When do I pay? +
Payment is completed before the order is placed and before personalized artwork generation starts. Payment does not start physical production or final digital delivery; those steps wait until you approve the artwork.
What happens after I approve the artwork? +
Once the paid order's current artwork version is approved, a physical order can move to production and shipping, while an eligible digital order can move to final-file delivery. Tracking is shown when the fulfillment provider supplies it.
Will I receive order updates? +
The workflow supports payment confirmation, secure order access, artwork review, approval and fulfillment notifications. Use My Order with the checkout email if you need a fresh secure access link.
